In 2022, a new modern Vilpra Logistics centre, measuring 12,000 sq. m and with a pallet capacity of 15,000, opened its doors.
 
JSC Almigija owns and rents a 5000 sq. m and 10 m high warehouse space with offices to third parties, while a 7000 sq. m warehouse space is used by JSC Vilpra.
 
All of the areas have modern administrative and household facilities. A particularly important detail, in the context of the very high energy price increases, is stand-alone heating of the premises, which is provided by gas-powered air heaters in the warehouses and gas-powered underfloor heating in the office areas. Rationally designed natural daylight and a rooftop solar power plant with a capacity of 250 kW fully meet the building’s electricity needs, and significantly reduce the operating costs. In addition, there is a strong focus on security, with intelligent security and fire protection systems monitoring the territory and warehouses of the logistics centre.
