In 2022, the new modern Vilpros Logistika logistics center opened its doors, covering 12,000 sq.m. with a capacity of 15,000 pallet spaces.

7,000 sq.m. of warehouse space is used by Vilpra, UAB, while 5,000 sq.m. of storage facilities with a height of 10 meters and offices are available for rent. Vilpros Logistika leases and manages the portion of warehouses dedicated to the needs of the Vilpros Grupė company group, while Almigija, UAB rents and manages the warehouse section allocated for third parties.

The logistics center features exhibition and conference rooms as well as a testing laboratory.

All areas are equipped with modern administrative and utility facilities. A particularly important detail amid sharply rising energy costs is the autonomous heating system: gas-powered air heaters provide heating in the warehouses, while gas underfloor heating is installed in the administrative premises. Thoughtfully planned natural daylighting and a 250 kW solar power plant installed on the roof fully cover the building’s electricity needs, significantly reducing operating costs. Additionally, great emphasis is placed on safety — the logistics center’s territory and warehouses are monitored by smart security and fire protection systems.
