Vilpra Introduces the Innovative Vilpra Academy – Leadership in Education and Sustainability in the Baltic States

Vilpra Academy is a unique project and one of the first of its kind not only in Lithuania but across the entire Baltic region. The Academy stands out not only for its educational mission, but also for its modern training environment, where fully installed and operational equipment is demonstrated, including air conditioners, heat pumps, ventilation systems, solar power plants, boilers, their control systems, automation, and other technical engineering devices. This enables visitors to explore not only the theoretical aspects but also gain practical understanding of their operating principles and technological features.

In total, Vilpra Academy showcases equipment from more than 30 globally recognized manufacturers, presenting over 120 different devices and solutions, more than 50 of which are connected and fully operational – generating heat, improving air quality, producing electricity, cooling, and even regulating and adapting to user needs using smart intelligence.

Objectives of Vilpra Academy:
  • To provide employees and partners with opportunities to deepen their knowledge of the latest heating, refrigeration, and cooling technologies and products.

  • To demonstrate equipment in real-life conditions and answer questions from partners – installers, developers, designers, and service engineers – helping them better understand the latest engineering trends and systems, as well as expand their knowledge of the most innovative engineering solutions currently available on the market.

  • To organize training sessions that promote sustainability ideas and highlight the importance of renewable energy.

  • To collaborate with educational institutions (universities, colleges, and vocational training centers) by offering students free opportunities to practically test technical products, helping them better absorb theoretical knowledge.

Vilpra Academy aims to become not only a training center, but also a hub for the dissemination of new ideas and technological solutions, contributing to the sustainable development of Lithuania and the Baltic States.
