JSC Vilpros grupė is currently comprised of: JSC Vilpra, JSC Vilpros investicija, JSC Vilpros Pramonė, JSC Vilpros Logistika, JSC Internetinė Prekyba, JSC Almigija, Vilpra OÜ and Vilpra SIA. JSC Vilpros grupė is the ninth company in the group and manages all the group's companies.
JSC Vilpros grupė is a family-owned private company with an authorised capital of EUR 14 million, corporate assets EUR 33 million, and the total turnover of the group of companies exceeded EUR 70 million in 2022.
JSC Vilpra celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2022, and is now one of the leading engineering companies in the market, representing only globally-recognised manufacturers and their brands. JSC Vilpros Investicija – a real estate company that manages and leases spaces in shopping centres in the Home Ideas Centres (NIC) of four Lithuanian cities: Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai and Utena. Another of the company's activities includes the development of real estate projects.
NIC shopping centres are intended for new homeowners who are building or renovating, or are planning to do so.

JSC Vilpros Pramonė is an international name combining the three main company brands: Vilpra Chimneys, Vilpra Sauna and Vilpra Technology.
- Vilpra Chimneys – manufacturer of stainless steel chimneys.
- Vilpra Sauna – manufacturer of stainless steel sauna products.
- Vilpra Technology – contract manufacturer of custom products.
The company Vilpros Pramonė has more than 20 years of experience. It started the serial manufacturing of chimneys in 1998, and now works with more than 100 of the most trusted partners in the world.
In 2005, Vilpros Pramonė certified its products and chimney systems, according to the European harmonised standards applicable to metal chimneys. In 2006, a new factory was built with a modern production line. The factory is dedicated to continuously adopting the latest technologies: in 2016, a new automated production line was installed; and in the 2020 expansion phase, Industry 4.0 and robotic systems were introduced to the production. The company products are regularly showcased at international exhibitions, with particular emphasis on their quality.
The company's products have been awarded a number of medals by the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists: gold medals for the chimneys and chimney liners and for our flexible stainless steel chimney liners, and a silver medal for our external heater for heating hot tub water. Awarded „Lithuanian Exporter of the Year 2021“.
In 2022, a new modern „Vilpros logistika“ center, measuring 12,000 sq. m and with a pallet capacity of 15,000, opened its doors.
JSC Vilpra uses a 7000 sq. m warehouse, and 5000 sq. m of the 10 m high warehouse space with offices is rented. JSC Vilpros logistika rents and manages the part of the warehouse that is used by Vilpros grupė, while JSC Almigija rents and manages the part of the warehouse that is used by third parties.
The Logistics center includes exhibition and conference rooms, as well as a testing laboratory.
All of the areas have modern administrative and household facilities. A particularly important detail, in the context of the very high energy price increases, is stand-alone heating of the premises, which is provided by gas-powered air heaters in the warehouses and gas-powered underfloor heating in the office areas. Rationally designed natural daylight and a rooftop solar power plant with a capacity of 250 kW fully meet the building's electricity needs, and significantly reduce the operating costs. In addition, there is a strong focus on security, with intelligent security and fire protection systems monitoring the territory and warehouses of the logistics center.

JSC Almigija owns and rents a 5000 sq. m and 10 m high warehouse space with offices to third parties, while a 7000 sq. m warehouse space is used by JSC Vilpra.
